Reunion 2027 Accommodation

Special discounted accommodation rates have been arranged for those attending the RNZN Communicators Association Reunion in Rotorua in July 2027.

Discounted rooms are available at both the Novotel Rotorua Lakeside, where the reunion will be held, and the Ibis Rotorua, located right next door and offering a more economical accommodation option.

There is no allocation of rooms reserved specifically for reunion attendees. The discounted rates are available subject to availability, so if you are planning to stay at either hotel, it is recommended that you make your booking as early as possible.

The good news is that payment is not required until you arrive at the hotel, and bookings may be cancelled free of charge up until June 2027 (subject to the booking conditions).

When the booking page opens, the Novotel Rotorua Lakeside will be displayed. Click within the hotel selection window to also view the Ibis Rotorua, where you can compare room options and rates before making your booking.

The discounted reunion rates are available for stays from Tuesday, 20 July 2027 through to Wednesday, 28 July 2027, allowing you to arrive early or extend your stay to enjoy everything Rotorua has to offer.

Please note that if the booking page still shows the dates 22–26 July 2027, this can be disregarded. The page is currently being updated to reflect the correct accommodation period.
