This will be first Zoom Annual General Meeting we have all been involved with so a few housekeeping rules will be in place. The meeting will be recorded to aid the taking of minutes etc.

  1. All apologies are to be forwarded via email to John Titmus on trixiedog@doglover.com
  2. All attendees will be muted at commencement. of the AGM
  3. If you wish to talk during the meeting please hold up your hand and unmute yourself
  4. Wait to be asked to talk and when finished please mute yourself again
  5. All voting will be taken as in favour of the motion and only those against the motion will be recorded
  6. This is a learning curve for us all so please have patience.
