Navy goes Gold

In recognition of Navy being presented with a ‘Gold’ Award from the NZ Business Excellence Foundation on Fri 20 Nov 09 his Excellency the Governor General and Commander-in-Chief ordered a ‘splice the main brace’.  HMNZS PHILOMEL’s ‘splice the main brace’ will be conducted from 1130 – 1300 on Mon 30 Nov 09 in the main gymnasium, North Yard. Refreshments will be available for personnel under 18 years of age as well as for those who wish to come along to celebrate Navy’s achievement with a non-alcoholic alternative. Sorry Guys only those serving on the 30 November 2009 can draw.
