Christmas and New Year Message

On behalf of the RNZN Communicators Association Committee I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and all the very best for a prosperous and healthy 2014.  Health is our most important asset, so take care of yourselves and your families and remember the little ones in our families, as they are very much the fabric of who we are and they too are very important to our future.
2013 has been a very busy year for the Association with a number of members taking the opportunity to become Foundation Members.  Thank you for taking this step and ensuring that the Association is finacially sount into the future.  As you will all be aware the blog continues to grow and your comments and contributions are always welcome, so keep them coming in.
The RNZN has two ships (TE MANA and OTAGO) away from Auckland and at sea over the Christmas period.  So, just like many of us who have gone before and spent time away from families on ships at this time of year, the Navy continues to maintain this operational tempo.  Please think of those Communicators who are serving us at sea over this festive period.
Click HERE to view utube video from TE MANA and HERE for a picture of the Comms Crew on OTAGO a little nearer to the South Pole.
Finally, all the very best to you all.  Keep well and safe.
