NZDSM – Update

Revised and simplified versions of the paper applications forms for the NZ Defence Service Medal (NZDSM) have been added to the NZDF medal website.
Update on applications: It is expected that applications will be opened to all applicants in the next two weeks. Further information will be posted on this website later in June.
