MATAI – Can you Help

Looking for photographs or anyone that may have served on the MATAI.   There is a picture in Jack Harker’s book (The Rockies NZ Minesweepers at War) of the crew (1943) however due to the poor condition of the photo it is difficult to identify people.  Murray Swainson’s, whose father served on MATAI would like to know if there are any other pictures which may have survived.  If you can help please contact Murray on muz@actrix.co.nz
