Surgical Side of Naval Hospital Closes

In an earlier blog and under Fleet News details were provided on how and who to contact at the Navy Hospital in relation to the medical services it provided. I regret to advise that in an effort to reduce Defence spending, the Government has announced that the surgical and in patient services at the Naval Hospital be closed for business. The Navy hospital is now to be converted into a medical centre which now only offers an outpatient service and some training facilities for serving Naval Personnel.
