NZ Frequency Managers Course

The first and probably last Radio Frequency Managers Course to be conducted in NZ.

The Army S/Sgt’s Back row 6th from left and 1st from left were also part of the Joint Force Communications Unit with me, Ex Joint Venture 1986, Cook Islands. The S/Sgt back row 6th from left was also on a Joint Comms course with me in RAAF Williamstown, late 1987. My apologies for not remembering names. The S/Sgt at Williamstown fell ill during the course and I think he did it again with Gary Rzepecky.
