New Zealand Defence Force Code of Veterans’ and Other Claimants’ Rights

Submissions on this close on the 19th October, and are in some danger of becoming a spin off from the ACC Code of Claimants Rights, which may or not be a good thing, especially when you look at such sections as Part 2 Right 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the ACC Code. This legislation and it’s satellites will set the rights and treatment of Veterans for many years to come-so your input is important.
