Who was the RNZN Liaison Officer in London

A question has been raised by one of our members as to who was the RNZN Liaison Officer located at NZ House in London September 1962 to April 1963.
Hmmm I hear you say during that period…
Mr Walter Nash was the Prime Minister
Mr Connelly, MP for Lyttelton was Minister of Defence
There was no such thing as a Chief of Defence Staff
Rear Admiral Peter Phipps was Chief of Naval Staff
Cdre Fred Challis RN was Commodore Auckland
Cdr John Foster Mackenzie was CO of HMNZS Otago.
Thanks to all  that commented but it would appear that the officer was  Captain John O’Connell-Ross RNZN later C N S 1968/69
