WHO WAS THE LEADING TEL

Graham (or as we knew Charlie) Webby, was a Tel on the Royalist 1957/58.  He went outside in July 1961 and joined the Police.
One of the questions which he has is  – Who was the Leading Tel in the Port W/T on Christmas Eve 1953?
Graham Webby was the OD when the message about the Tangiwai Disaster came through but for the life of him he cannot remember who the Leading Tel was.  Can we help him out?
