Whereabouts of Noel Kinimont

A Sparker named Brian Scruton currently living in Australia would like to know the whereabouts of an old shipmate, Noel Kinimont. He lost touch with Noel after moving house and would like to reconnect with him and his wife ‘Blue’ (an ex wren).
