What Order – What Flag

A question has been raised concerning the correct order of flags and ensigns when displayed below the eternal flame and ode at an RSA. There appears to be a mixture of orders and flags. The flags concerned are as follows. The New Zealand Flag, The New Zealand Naval White Ensign, The Royal New Zealand Airforce Ensign and the Merchant Navy Ensign. We would be interested in what order your local RSA displays these flags and also if there is any authoritative documentation for the order. Please leave a comment to this post.
