Update on CVI Arthur Venus

As at 1000 Friday, 2 September – Arthur is much improved.. they are letting him home  Saturday for an overnight stay but he has to be back in Hospital by 1600 Sunday.
 
This has boosted his morale a million percent, and he “can’t wait for an
all night in up homers” he says.
 
Still very fragile and still no visitors at home or in hospital.  He is making slow but steady progress and was visited last Wednesday by Jim Blackburn who reports he is getting back to being a bit more like his old cheery self again.  Again, messages are to be passed to Jim B who will ensure they are passed onto Arthur and Joan.  Jim’s email is jimblackburn@clear.net.nz
