Review of the Operation of the Veterans’ Support Act

Review of the operation of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 now extended to
23 March 2018

The review started In June 2017. Professor Paterson was originally to report to the Chief of Defence Force by 15 December 2017, but this date has been extended to 23 March 2018 to allow time to do justice to all the matters raised during the consultation process. The Chief of Defence Force will submit the report to the Minister for Veterans’, for tabling in Parliament. The Government will consider the report and decide whether any changes need to be made.  Click on HERE for further information.
