BENNETT, Wayne (Wiggy) ex RNZN. CPO Yeoman (formerly of Te Puke). Died on Monday, October 7, 2019, at Kaikoura Hospital, after a long and hard battle with cancer. Father of Nadine and Duane. Cherished granddad of Annabell. Close and dear friend of Rick and Katrina Kittelty, and Carol Papworth. Thanks to the staff of Kaikoura Hospital for the wonderful support and care given to Wayne during his stay. At Wayne’s request, a private cremation has taken place.

MITA, Robert Lee Ex RNZN. Joined May 77 21/11/1960 – 15/10/2019. Roberts funeral was in Sydney, Australia. His ashes will be brought to NZ, arriving at mid-day Wed 23 Oct 19, and onto the marae at Tirohia, arriving around 1530. Robert will spend the night at the marae before going to Waihi Cemetery, the next morning where his ashes will be interred with his mum and dads grave. O/C return to the marae for the hakari.
