FENTON, Bruce Hebenton. X12970 RNZN Shipwright Artificer 1. On 28 July 2016. Suddenly at his Retirement Village- aged 88. Loved husband of the late Dilys, father to daughters Chris, Lynn and Sharon, friend to son in laws Colin, Dave Morris and the late Dave Netting, and all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. As with Bruce’s wishes there was a private cremation and a memorial service at Northhaven Retirement Village with his dear friends and family.

Treasured and beloved husband of Dawn (deceased). Much loved and loving father and father-in-law of Alan, Chris, Anna and Clinton. Grandad of Ivan, Saul, Amelia and Anthony. Great grandad of Marena and Delilah. Much loved brother of May, Noel (deceased), Harry (deceased), and their families. Dearly loved husband of Joy (recently deceased) for 63 years; much loved father of Lynne, Elizabeth, John, and Sue. Loved Grandpa of Sarah (and husband Andrew), Lloyd, Michael, Natasha, Nathan, Louis, and Ella; much loved father-in-law of John, Ian, Marcus and Karen; much loved uncle of David Martin. BRYANT, Christopher Frank (Cmdr RNZN – retired) Ben: Died peacefully at Hutt Hospital on Wednesday, 20 July 2016, aged 86 years surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Bridget, loving dad to Kevin and Wendy Bryant, Janet and Lance Peel. Grandad to Gemma and Todd Bryant and Elizabeth Hart. We would like to thank doctors and nurses at Hutt hospital Emergency dept. and Medical Ward. Your care and compassion was outstanding. Our deep-felt thanks also to the staff and management at Wesleyhaven Village Rest home. Dad was so happy to be with his Deckston Home family and was looked after so well. A special thanks to Karin, Leigh and their wonderful team. May he rest in peace and run freely with his dogs again.
