I wonder if Peter Soper, as mentioned as one of Rex’s sons, is the Peter Soper who was a Signalman during the 70’s?
If my memory is still working, think Peter was on our shift at DCC Wellington
regards
pwi
No Jim I believe Peter Soper (AKA choccy thin) is selling real estate in Taupo
That doesn’t mean he wasn’t the son of Rex. Ran across Peter when I went to the US to do a course. He was one of the cabin crew of the ANZ Flight to Hawaii. Kept the champagne flowing.
….Tiny, if I remember correctly, he was on Waikato with us?
Not too sure about that Jim, I know he was on Canterbury but cant remember him on waka2, still i could be loosing my marbles
