  • Akurangi [Ack] enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a senior communicator in both the RNZN and GCSB. Ack is a good friend and work colleague who will be remembered not only for his professionalism but also for his traits of trustworthiness and strong desire to play his part in helping to keep New Zealand safe. Ack is a family man who cherished his beloved wife [Debbie] and family. I heard a whisper the ‘Crossed-the-Bar’ club has organised a special weekend welcoming party to celebrate Ack’s arrival. No question it will be a high-spirited good run ashore! It is now time to put your feet up and rest easy my friend.
