CAINE, Noel Lyon: (of Island Bay, Wellington) unexpectedly in his 92nd year. Passed away on Friday 27 April 2018 at Wellington Regional Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Irene. Much loved father of Joanne and Beth, brother of Mona (dec), father-in-law of Ian and Geoff. Beloved Grandad of Gryffon and Edie. Proud Manx descendant, Navy Veteran, ex-Raoul Islander and Civil Aviation technician. The world is a poorer place without him – a devoted family man always ready to help a friend in need. We miss him – especially his wry sense of humour. In accordance with Noel’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Wellington Free Ambulance in his memory would be appreciated.

SHAW,Denis Michael (Artie): R17173. Lost his final battle at the age of 74 years, on April 29, 2018, with his loving family by his side at South Canterbury Hospice. MILLS, Kevin Mann. RNZN 9131 Life Member and Past President of Mt Wellington Panmure RSA. In his 91st year, after a long struggle bravely fought Kevin passed peacefully away on 23rd April 2018. Dearly loved husband, friend and best mate of Glennis. Much loved father of Ewen, Brian, Judith, Brenda and the late Colin. Loved and respected friend of David, Jacqui, and Raymond Lewis.
