ELECTIONS FOR RNZRSA EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
The RNZRSA National Council on 23/24 February 2022 includes elections for the National President and two National Vice-President positions.
As an Affiliated Club to the RNZRSA, the RNZNCA is entitled to one vote for each of these positions. To enable us to determine which of the candidates should receive our vote RNZNCA members are requested to cast their personal vote on the attached form below. Returns are required by 11 February 2022 to enable votes to be counted and our delegate to the meeting directed on who to vote for.r delegate to the meeting directed on who to vote for.
Please note that you do not have to be an RSA member to cast a vote in this election. You are voting for the candidates that you think the Association should vote for at the RNZRSA National Council. The candidates getting the most votes from Association members will be the one that we vote for.
Candidates for the positions are:
President:
- BJ Clark (current incumbent) – nominated by Golden Bay and Rangiora RSAs
- Sir Wayne (Buck) Shelford – nominated by Te Atatu Memorial RSA
Vice Presidents (2):
- John Smith (current incumbent) – nominated by Tokaanu-Turangi RSA
- Graham Gibson – nominated by Auckland RSA
- Janet Castell – nominated by Dannevirke and Districts RSA
- Dennis Mardle – nominated by Papanui RSA
- Stanley Hansen – nominated by Rangiora RSA
