Dean for Council

Here is a newspaper clipping of an ex sparker who joined the RNZN in 1977 and served through to the 90’s.   He rose to the dizzy heights of Petty Officer Radio Supervisor before being commissioned in 1989.  All the best Dean on your next career as Councillor Dean..
