LISTER, Anthony Parnham (Tony) Service No. 12662 C.P.O. RNZN (Ret). Passed away peacefully at Onewa Lodge Hospital, on Saturday 26 December 2015; aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Eileen for 63 years, and much loved father of Frances, Catherine, Adrienne, and John. Father-in-law of Steve, Pat, and Lyndel, and grandfather of James, Chanelle, Matthew, Aimee, and Daniel. Great grandfather of Isabelle, Dara, and Hunter, and loved brother of Ian and the late Keith. Special thanks to the staff of Onewa Lodge Home and Hospital for their gracious care of Tony. A service for Tony will be held at Romaleigh Chapel, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote, on Wednesday 6 January 2016 at 1pm, to be followed by interment at North Shore Memorial Park Cemetery.

ROBERTSON, Raymond Gordon. RNZN 16379 17.01.1942-13.12.2015. Aged 73 years. Peacefully at Cranford Hospice surrounded by his family. Most loved, respected and adored Dad of Leanne and Basil French, Craig and Kath and Shell. Absolutely treasured and devoted Gdad of Jk and Dom, Eden and Brett, Kayden (ABI), Keanu, Kayne, Kingsley, Kailah, Joe, Grayson and Hope. DYER, William David (Bill) Service No 441696, Sapper, NZ Army. Service No 10045, Stoker, 1st Field Engineers, RNZN WWII. Passed away peacefully at Palms Hospital on December 8 2015, aged 93 years. Now at peace. Bill will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. As per his wishes, a private family service will be held to celebrate Bill’s life.

SMITH, Lillian Alice (Anne) WRNZNS 98 WREN Telegraphist. Passed after a short illness at North Shore Hospital on 7 December 2015. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron; loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Glenis; Nana of Pere and De, and Adam; and great grandmother of Troyden, Kian, Innaya and Braxton. Many thanks to the staff at Ward 7, North Shore Hospital, and Shoal Bay Villas Rest Home for their care of Lillian. A service to celebrate Lillian’s life will be held at the chapel of North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road Albany, on Thursday 10 December at 1pm.  Anne was a member of the RNZN Communicators Assn and served on the Committee for a number of years as President and member.
