Great day Frank and many thanks for taking the time to come down. This is an annual Whangamata RSA event and is attended in the most by retired members of the three Defence Forces. Around 160 gathered on this year. It was good to see members of the Fire Service and retired members of the Police Force in attendance. T’was a long day but great to catch up with old shipmates again. Got to admit I looked much smarter at the beginning of the day than I did at the end.
