China Sea Club 1969

Can anyone identify the sailors in this photograph.  It is thought the two sailors on left and right of this photo may have served in HMNZS Blackpool.  The photo was taken in Subic Bay around April 1969.  The second and third sailors from the left are both US Navy and survivors from the USS Frank E Evans sinking.  The query has come from Terry Vjer from Portland, Oregon.
