Bill Morley Seamanship Facility

BRIG Toropo and his Papua New Guinea Defence Force delegation also visited the Navy’s new Seamanship Training Aids facility at DNB yesterday 5, March.  The visit was hosted by CDR Emma Grant, RNZN. This fantastic facility, to be named the Bill Morley Seamanship Training Aids Facility, will be officially opened on Monday, 9th March 2015.
