AUCKLAND 1918

This is a great image of the Auckland Wharves in 1918.  Across the harbour at Devonport you can see the sheerlegs located at the Naval Base.  Also looks like ‘Admiralty Steps’ in the foreground where many sailors waited for the liberty boat to take them to the Base.
