Another ‘Gong’

Here is an image of Petty Officer Signalman Wiremu Bartlett receiving his Long Service and Good Conduct Award.   Not sure why the stars were printed at the top of the page or was it because Billy you were a star!  Not sure of the year, maybe someone can help out.
