A request from Gerry Wright who is writing a story on HMNZS Tui.

Could you please ask the communicators if anyone has a photo of Tui’s mast with awnings hoisted as a sail?
I would like a copy of that incident to add to the story of ‘Tui under my command’ January 1979 – February 1981.
The photo will be credited to the person who took it.

I have seen one take from Tui’s flag deck many years ago. It happened in the Tasman Sea after Exercise Longex 60.
