A Frigate Question

In 1974, HMS Jupiter was alongside in Singapore and the Communications Officer on board was none other than HRH Prince Charles, as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.  The Prince of Wales served with the Royal Navy, from 1971 to 1976. Promoted Lieutenant on 1st February 1973, he served on the frigate HMS Juiter between January and August 1974 as Flight Deck Officer, Assistant Intelligence Officer, Officer of the Watch, Entertainment’s Officer, Communications Officer, and Divisional Officer.  HMS Jupiter was sent on an extended deployment to Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA and was accompanied by three other RN frigates at the time.  Can you identify the three ships which accompanied HMS Jupiter?
