Passed away peacefully on December 9, 2013,at Chatswood Rest Home, Christchurch, in his 90th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Winsome (Pet). A much loved father band father-in-law of Diane and John, Vivienne and David, Ian (deceased), and Selwyn and Pip. Granddad Bob to Nicola; Abigail and Alexander; Thomas, Alice, and Jenny. Yachtie, sailor, scowman, postmaster, raconteur ? who loved nothing more than sharing a beer (or two?) and recalling his WWII adventures. Will live indelibly in our hearts and memories. Marshall, Richard Charles Wade (Wade) Service No. B17826, S.P.O., Royal NZ Navy, Aged 67. Peacefully at Waikato Hospital ICU on Friday 6th December, 2013 after a sudden and short illness. Much loved husband of Eris. Loved father of Brett and Sharon (New Plymouth), Damon and Adele (Hamilton), Debbie and Peter (deceased) Cashell (Taihape), Micheal Shaw (Melbourne) and Richard Shaw (Perth). Poppa to Jacob and Caitlin, Tristan and Cody, Brodie and Hope Shaw (Perth), Grandfather to Nicholas and Natalie Cashell, Jamie and Janine Cashell, and Korey Cashell.
