CARNEY, James (Jim). Master at Arms at Royal Navy and RNZN C/JX161149 WWII Veteran. Passed away peacefully on 25 May 2013, aged 89, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Hilda, adored Dad of Jim and Bev, cherished grandad of Troy, Jamie, Geoff, and Kaimana. Loved forever, never forgotten. In lieu of flowers donations to North Shore Hospice. MURPHY, Kevin Joseph (KJ). NZ7964, Signalman, RNZN, WW2. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on May 24, 2013. An amazing man never to be forgotten and now once again with his beloved wife Elinor. Beloved brother of Brian (deceased) and Joan. Loved father and father-in- law of Ann-Maree and James, Kevin and Joy, Helen and Howard, Michael and Delwyn, Shaun, Bede and Cayleen. Affectionately known as KJ to his grandchildren; Scott, Amanda, James, David, Mianna, Amy, Kerry, Brydie, Finn, Treea and Ruby, and his great grand daughter. A respected and honest man that will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
