NZGSM Clasp Vietnam

It is disappointing that progress on all the major items this year has been slow. The major cause has been limitations of capacity in the New Zealand Defence Force to staff the medallic issues. Much of the activity has been associated with matters affecting currently serving personnel and the award of the NZ General Service Medal (Warlike) clasp Vietnam to Vietnam Veterans and the next of kin of deceased veterans.
