JUST A REMINDER, time is catching up to get the luncheon venue organised.
The cut-off date for attendees wanting to attend is 16th February 2026.

Dear Fellow, Ex-RNZN Communications Personnel,

We are organising a “Pop-up Luncheon” for former ex-RNZN Communications personnel and their partners living in the Christchurch area and surrounding districts. Personnel from outside the immediate area (e.g., West Coast, Nelson, etc.) are also very welcome to attend.

The proposed date for the luncheon is Monday, February 23rd 2026.

The only cost to attendees will be for your own meals and drinks. Please note that the venue will be in the central Christchurch area and has yet to be confirmed. Finalising the venue depends on getting an indication of the number of people who plan to attend.

This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with shipmates we haven’t seen for some time.

If you are interested in attending, please reply to this email by February 13th, 2026, so we can make the necessary arrangements.  Non-attendance replies would also be appreciated.

Finally, please share this invitation with any other ex-RNZN communications colleagues you know who might like to join.
