Loved Partner of Hayz. Loved Father of Josh, Matt, and Paul. Loved brother of Grant. Neill has crossed the bar Neill will be laying at rest at Te Taua Moana O Aotearoa Marae, Ngataringa Bay Devonport where his funeral will be held on Thursday 18 September at 11am.
Powhiri times for those who have not been on the marae are as follows:

It is with regret to advise that Laurie Joined 1/66 CTB in Queensland on 13 SEPT 25. Aged 76

Passed away early a.m Tuesday 30th September at Kowhainui Rest Home Whanganui. He was 89 yrs old and served in three Loch class Frigates and Monowai before leaving RNZN in 1961. (He also enjoyed 28 days at SCE Ardmore, fortunately a classmate was one of the Wardens! )
His service will be held at Cleveland Funeral Home, Whanganui 1030 Saturday and wife Colleen indicates there will be a get-together at Whanganui East Club following at 1230.
Colleen would enjoy any ex-Service personnel attending, regrettably I cannot attend as I will be in Melbourne returning Grandchildren .

Joined Jan 1959 – Nov 1983 Malaya/Borneo/IndonesiaBorn October 4, 1940. Passed away peacefully at home in Kerikeri on September 6, 2025 surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of the late Patricia. Father and father-in-law of David and Yvonne, Kerry and Robert, Adam and Melanie. Grandad of Frazer and Lisa, Courtney and Richard, Daniel and Cody, Logan, Ashleigh and Harry, Samantha and Gwen. Great-Grandad of Oliver, Alayna, Cooper, Shiloh, Isla, Noah and Ezra. Companion of the late Winnie Koppers.

A celebration of Nobby’s life will be held at the Homestead Sports Bar in Kerikeri on October 4, 2025, at 10.30am. Donations can be made in memory of Nobby to the Far North Hospice. All communications to Kerry or David.

Passed away peacefully on 15th September 2025 at Kingswood Rest home, Matamata. Loved wife of the late Willie. Loved mother of Tania (deceased), Jason and Daniel. Dealy loved nana of 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff of Kingswood Resthome. A service for Marie will be held at Broadway Funeral Home, 10 Short St, Matamata on Tuesday 23rd September at 1pm.
⚓️THOMSON, Clifton Kent (Cliff). 20 September 1958 – 12 September 2025 (Former General Manager Purewa Crematorium and Cemetery) It is with sadness we announce the passing of Clifton. A loved father, G’pa, brother and friend. Clifton was the son of the late John and Ruth Thomson. Proud father of Anita, Neale, and Ben. Cherished G’pa of Maci, Isla, Indiana, and Zachary. He is survived by his brothers Alvin, Mark, and Rodney and is now reunited with his brothers Neale and Terry, and his beloved Lulu. A service to celebrate Cliff’s life will be held at the All Saints Chapel of Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Thursday 25th September at 2pm.

Roy passed away Sun or Mon this week, his service will be at the Whakatane Hillcrest Rd Crematorium tomorrow Thu 18 Sept 1100. After match debrief will be advised in situ. Roy served approx 10 years in the RNZN as an ABS in the UW branch serving on both Hickleton & Blackpool. If you can make it the dress is casual with medals,
