Harvz’ Graham- what a character! Whilst having never served at sea with him, our paths crossed many-a-time. Nearing the end of my career as A/BCO in Philly, checking on the Tower watchkeeper, I came across Harvz loitering in the upper flat. “Checking on her ladyship are you mate”?
