FALOON, Terrence (Terry). CPOMEA 62, Ex RNZN 15.06.1958 – 17.07.2020 Loved son, brother, father, husband, uncle, cousin, friend, colleague. Terry was brave in life and in death. His birth family and navy family have many happy memories of him. RIP Funeral was held on July 29, 2020 at Somerville Funeral Home, Nerang Gold Coast, Australia. BARNETT, Tui Isobel: WRNZNS 957 Steward Passed away peacefully at Resthaven Village, surrounded by family, on Friday, 17 July 2020, aged 84 years. Much loved and loving wife of John for 65 years. Adored Mum of the late Barbara, Brian, the late Allen, Murray, Sharon and Roger. Mother-in-law of Jacquie, Robyn, Nigel and Debbie. Cherished Nana, Oma, Great-nana and Great-great-nana. A Service to celebrate Tui’s life will be held at St Andrews Church, 85 Hamilton Road, Cambridge on Wednesday, 22 July at 12 midday.

STEWART, Robert Morbey (Bob): RNZN 9939 AB Esteemed Member of Lodge Te Marama Bob passed away peacefully on 20 July 2020, aged 96. He was a loving and dedicated husband to Sheila and the late Betty, and much loved father of Raewyn, Lesley, Gary, John and Sandra. Grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 12. A humble gentleman to the end. A service to celebrate Bob’s life will be held on Saturday 25 July 2020 at 10.30 am at the White Rose Chapel, 75 Cook Street, Hamilton East. TYRRELL, Peter Stewart. NZD2942 RNZN Passed away peacefully in Rotorua on July 18, in his 99th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Isabel. Loved father and father-in-law of Doug and Diane, Jan and Dave, Robyn and Marcus, and Tracey and Neil. Cherished grandfather of Steven, Jeff and Rhonda, David and Kathryn, Mark and Heather, Kevin and Kim, Ken and Hannah, Helen and Rob, Victoria and Ryan, Jonathan, and Alistair. Adored great grandfather of Oscar, Riley, Emma, Aimee, Olivia and Ben, William, Bailey, Cooper, Violet, and Melody. Date and time for a memorial service to be advised.

MURPHY, Robert Francis (Frank). WWII, RN, RNZN Peacefully at home on 23 June 2020 surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Valerie. Much loved dad of Alannah, Brendan, Aran and Cavan. In keeping with Frank’s wishes, a private cremation has been held. Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Chris Brace.

MANN, John Logan. STO/MECH RNZN 11350. Stoker On 15th July 2020 at Tauranga Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Audrey for nearly 63 years and very much loved and respected father and father in law of Michele and Tim Trotman, and Kevin and Lesley. Loved and cherished grandad of Angelei, Georgia, Charlotte, Ella and Lily. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary Immaculate Church, 114 Cameron Road, Tauranga on Wednesday (29th July) 2020 at 1.30pm followed by burial at Pyes Pa Cemetery. Rest in Peace. NEWPORT Raymond John (Ray) (Grasshopper) Regt NZ14039 L/TEL 24th Seaman Boys. Peacefully on Saturday, 27th June 2020, aged 83 years, at Star 4 Levin. Dearly loved partner of Joy. Much loved father of Raewyn, Sharon, Jennifer and their families. A service for Ray will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin, on Saturday 18th July, at 11.00 am followed by private cremation.

BEALE William (Bill) WOMEA crossed the bar in Melbourne on 29 June 2020. You are invited to attend Bill’s Memorial Service which will be live-streamed on Friday 10th July at 9 am AEST.

The service will be held in the Chapel of Repose, Altona Memorial Park and the recording will also be available after the service if you can’t access it live.

Husband of Patricia Browne. Former husband of Helen Flower (deceased). Loved father of Mary (deceased), father and father-in- law of Alison and David, Jane and Michael, Catherine and Jim (Texas), Ann and the late Rick.
