Dearly loved Dad of Lyndelle, Briar, Darrinee and Mark. Loving Grandad of Toni, Kaela, Heliena, Khan, Ryan, Halle, Liam and Lauren. Great Grandad to three week old Lyla. ZACHAN, Dennis Allen. Royal NZ Navy, Service No.Q571357 Peacefully on August 20, 2016. Aged 74 years. Loved friend and companion of Margaret McKibbin. Much loved father and father-in-law of Kirsten and Jon, Heath and Ann, and Tineka. Grandad and Pops to Tyla, Leanne, and Tayler. RANKEN, Virginia Ranui (nee Flint). Navel Service No. 560 (Wren) The Royal New Zealand Navy. Passed away peacefully on Thursday 11 August 2016, aged 90 years, at Palms Aged Care, Pukekohe. Dearly loved and precious wife of Duncan. Loved mum of Brent and Margaret, Madelaine and Laura. Cherished Nana to her seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Forever in our hearts, now at rest. Family farewelled Virginia at a private service.
McBREARTY, Brian Denis (Brian). Lt. Cdr. RNZN. Born 21 August 1939, died peacefully in Perth on Saturday 13 August 2016 with his beloved wife Tin Aye and treasured niece ZuZu by his side. Much loved and adored dad to Robyn, Christine and father in law to Bruce and James. Grandfather (Pop) to Ben, Hamish, Leo and Ruby. Loved brother to Barry and Dawn. Best friend (BD) to Laurie. Dad we will forever miss your humor and kindness that touched all. Rest in peace at last pain-free. A veteran memorial service will be held date and location TBC.

Husband and best friend of Gaynor, father of Linda Jean (deceased 1960), Iona and Graham Blackall, Andrea Duff and Robert Schwamberg. Much loved grandfather (Jock) of Fleur and Reid Blackall. Brother of Robert and Alistair Duff and families. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. A Service to celebrate Ian’s life will be held at the Chapel of Faithfull Funeral Services, 35 Redbeach Road, Hibiscus Coast on Tuesday 16 August at 2.30pm followed by private cremation.
