LLOYD, Douglas (Bill). RNZN H16705 Passed away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospital on Wednesday 27 April 2016 in his 74th year. Dearly loved husband of Kay (nee Zander) and the late Wilma. Loved father and father-in-law of Penny Lloyd and John Brummitt, Tracey and Shayne Morgan, Claire and Glenn Waghorn, Kris Nilsen and Angela Rego, Anita Coulter and Dr. John Coulter. MAIKA Nawaina Frank S22579, CPORS (Rtd) on Mon 25 Apr 16. Naiwaina joined the RNZN 26 Jan 77 and retired 18 Sep 02 after serving 25 years 236 days. He served ashore in Tamaki, Philomel, Tasman, COMAUCK, Irirangi, MCHQ and undertook a UNSCOM mission to (IRAQ) in 1998. Naiwaina served in HMNZS’s Tui, Waikato, Canterbury, Monowai, Wellington and Manawanui. Ngawaina Frank is lying at Te Pakira Marae, Whakarewarewa Village. His funeral is 28th April 2016, service is at 11am. He will be then be taken to Hinemihi Marae where he will lay for a brief service before he is taken to St Joseph, Ngapuna, which is in walking distance. He will be buried beside his father and the rest of his whanau.
