    That’s Richard Roe asking the Sparker if knows where he can get Dorset double-cream to go with the plum in his mouth. Can’t pick the Guard Commander, but Roe was Comauck June 64 to Mar 66. The ship would have been down the ice in early 66, so my guess is Sep/Oct 65 pre-deployment annual inspection.
